Maya Batshoun is a Palestinian-American scene designer, production designer, model builder, and set decorator based in Los Angeles. They graduated University of North Carolina School of the Arts in May of 2024 with a BFA in Scene Design from the school of Design and Production. Growing up, she always gravitated towards artistic outlets, which lead her to theatrical design where she fell in love with the collaborative environment. They are passionate about sculpting worlds that bring stories to life, whether that be through realism, abstraction, or the absurd. She is currently looking for experience in film, model making and set decorating.
